PAYING FOR CLASSES
Bundles of 5 or 10 classes and monthly passes are valid for any regularly scheduled class, subject to any stated restrictions. Bundles and monthly passes exclude courses, workshops and events. Bundles and monthly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are only available for the use of one person.
BUNDLES are valid for 4 or 6 months as stated at time of sale. They may not be frozen. If your bundle has expired, you may reactivate any remaining unused classes from that bundle by purchasing a bundle extension within 4 months of the expiry date: £10 for 4 additional weeks commencing at the time of payment.
CLASS PASSES may not be cancelled or frozen within the contract period as stated at the time of sale. Class passes with a contract period of more than one month autorenew each month; after expiration of the contract period, class passes will continue to autorenew each month until notice of termination is received by Yogaloft which must be received in writing a minimum of 7 days before the next scheduled payment date. Advance written notice of any price change effective after the contract period ends will be provided by Yogaloft. Class passes with a contract period of one month or less do not autorenew and expire on the date stated at the time of sale.
Yogaloft reserves the right to alter the schedule or cancel classes. Advance notification will be given whenever possible. No compensation will be offered. Purchasing a bundle or class pass does not guarantee access to any class.
To guarantee your space in a class, you can reserve in advance. Payment must be made at the time of reservation. Latecomers may not be admitted.
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Osteopathy appointments. Any booking not cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be treated as treatment received and payment in full will be required.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within 2 hours of a class start time. If you reserve a space using your class pass and then cancel your place within 2 hours of a class start time or do not attend, a £10 cancellation fee may be applied to your account and your pass will be suspended until the fee is paid. In the event that a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative class.
We can only provide a full refund for courses and workshops (less a 10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date of that course/workshop. There will be no other refunds or transfers unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). No refunds will be offered for cancellations made the day before or on the day of any course or workshop. In the instance that a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
A 5% admin fee will be applied to any other refunds.
We offer a 20% discount on all Bundles and single classes for OAPs, registered unemployed, registered disabled, and full time students on presentation of appropriate identification. No discounts are offered on passes or special offers.
Yogaloft is committed to protecting your privacy. Yogaloft does not share any personal information with any third parties nor rent, sell, disclose or distribute your information to any outside parties. Yogaloft collects information in order to help us improve the products and services offered by us, and to provide unique personalised services and products to each user. You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how Yogaloft can improve our offering to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. Like most other websites, during the course of any visit to the Yogaloft website, we use small files which are stored on your hard drive by our browser (“cookies”) to monitor your use of the website. Once you have closed your browser, we do not use the information these cookies collect.
