Matwork Pilates - Open Level

An engaging and challenging Matwork Pilates Class. The class will help participants develop core strength and stability while heightening their mind-body awareness, flexibility and control.
Modifications to each exercise will be assigned to suit each individual's level.

Reformer pilates - Fundamentals

Reformer Fundamentals classes are for beginners, those returning to reformer pilates after a break or following treatment from an injury. These classes are slower in pace, with lots of support and guidance. We advise that anybody new to the reformer starts with 5 Fundamentals classes to familiarise themselves with the machine before progressing on to our other classes.

The reformer gives you all the benefits of mat pilates and more. The springs and pulleys on the Reformer give you far more resistance than you can achieve with just your body weight on a mat. This helps to improve posture, overall strength and flexibility. The resistance also allows you to feel the muscles in your arms and legs working through the springs and pulleys. With regular attendance, you will notice better definition in your arms, legs, butt and a stronger core. You will also look and feel taller.

Reformer pilates - Intermediate

In order to attend an intermediate class you need to have attended at least 5 reformer fundamentals classes.

Intermediate reformer pilates classes are for those with more advanced fitness levels. This class is not suitable for complete beginners to reformer pilates, pregnant or postpartum women, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries.

As this class is faster and more intense, you'll soon enjoy new levels of core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Your posture will improve; you'll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned.

Beginners will not be admitted to Intermediate classes.

Reformer Pilates - Dynamic

In order to attend a Dynamic class you need to have attended at least 5 reformer fundamentals classes and at least 5 Intermediate classes.

A step up in pace and intensity that is designed to give you a more challenging and powerful workout. You will come away feeling energised, toned, and aligned.

Beginners will not be admitted to Dynamics classes.

Reformer Pilates - Glutes & Abs

In order to attend a Gluts & Abs class you need to have attended at least 5 reformer fundamentals classes and at least 5 Intermediate classes.

Still taking a whole body approach, these high intensity classes allow for a greater focus on muscles at our centre, targeting and sculpting your abdominal and gluteal muscles.

Beginners will not be admitted to Gluts & Abs classes.

Reformer Pilates - Stretch

In order to attend a Stretch class you need to have attended at least 5 reformer fundamentals classes.

A head-to-toe stretch class using the Pilates Reformer to help support your body and go deeper into each stretch than is possible on the mat. The class will stay more or less set, so you will be able to feel your progress from one week to the next. Ex-professional dancer, Michelle, will lead you through a flowing series that can be modified to suit those with limited flexibility and intensified for those who want to push their limits.
