Zhozeh Zarrindast

Zhozeh has been practicing yoga for 18 years and lives by the theory: I practice what I teach, and I teach what I practice. She has adopted a fusion of Scaravelli yoga and her own practice of yoga and dance to allow the breath to create the time that is needed to move in and out of asanas in a way that accommodates the body and creates softness in the mind. She incorporates the moon phase and all the elements into each practice to help connect beyond the physical body and being, resulting in a sweetness and simplicity, a sense of freedom and ease.
Safe alignment is incredibly vital and Zhozeh’s students are guided to connect to the divine wisdom within the love, respect and joy for oneself.
