Come and explore your standings, forward bends, back arches and inversions with a comprehensive practice in 4 interrelated classes.

Kate Rathod, who holds a senior intermediate level teaching certificate, will be teaching for 2 and a half hours on each of the 4 days between Christmas and New Year.

This course is for general and intermediate level students who have a strong, regular practice in the Iyengar tradition. Spaces are limited and priority will be given to those attending all 4 days.
