This workshop is ideal for beginners and/or anyone who wants an overview of a few different meditation practices.
Amongst other things, we’ll explore meditation using mantra & visualisations, gentle exercises that can help us sit more comfortably to meditate, and practices that can help to quieten our mind prior to meditation, including pranayama (breathing & the movement of prana) and the use of mudras.
Simon will also share tools, hints and tips that can help you overcome some of the main obstacles that prevent effective meditation.
If you’re joining online, find a comfortable spot, whether on a chair, on some cushions on the floor, or somewhere else entirely.
