This online day retreat offers you a delicious mix of calming yoga, immune strengthening breathwork and relaxation, and mental balancing mindfulness practice. A deep and holistic way to start the new year.
The retreat is designed to support your self-care, and also provide opportunity for connection and sharing with others which we know from scientific evidence is also important to a healthy immune system.
There will also be opportunity to reflect on intentions and your wellbeing needs for 2021.

-Morning Restorative Yoga
-Pranayama (breathwork) for soothing and clearing the respiratory system

About the teacher:
Divya is a professionally trained Mindfulness Facilitator (through MIND, the UK's leading mental health organisation) and has formal training in Compassion Therapy (through The Compassionate Mind Foundation). She is also a senior accredited Yoga teacher and author of Finding Peace in Difficult Times (Watkins publishing), a new book of compassion and mindfulness based practices.
