In these Spring Iyengar yoga workshops, Alaric will be teaching in person in the Beethoven Street upstairs studio, and the class will be live-streamed. Those in the studio will be demonstrated on to create effective online learning.

Alaric has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1983 and teaching since 1991. He is certificated by the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) as a Senior Intermediate III Iyengar yoga teacher (now level 3).

In order to attend you must have minimum 3 years of yoga experience.

Each session can be booked individually, but we recommend that students attend both sessions.

In order to attend, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ Iyengar yoga experience and be able to do Sirsasana for 5 minutes.
