Iyengar yoga workshop with Alaric Newcombe.

Sunday 6th June 4-7pm.

Alaric will be teaching in person in the Beethoven Street upstairs studio, and the class will be live-streamed. There are only a few in-studio places available. Those in the studio will be demonstrated on to create effective online learning.

This is the first in a series of monthly workshops taught by Alaric.

Alaric has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1983 and teaching since 1991. He is certificated by the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) as a Senior Intermediate III Iyengar yoga teacher (now level 3).

Please note: for this first workshop, studio places are very limited and we will get back to those who have a space one week before the workshop. For future workshops, we hope there will be more in-person studio spaces, social-distancing permitting.

In order to attend you must have minimum 3 years yoga experience.
