This workshop will be livestreamed from our Beethoven Street studio so you can join in-studio or @Home.
Research shows that meditating regularly can help improve focus, concentration, cultivate mindfulness, reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety, improve overall sense of happiness, calmness and sleep quality plus much more.
In this workshop you will learn and experience different meditation practices including: utilising your breath, mantras, visualisations, expansiveness and iRest yoga nidra / a guided meditation.
Meditation doesn’t have to be “one size fits all”, let’s find the right one for you.
Simon will also share with you tools, techniques and tips that can help you to overcome the many obstacles that can stop us from meditating, including sitting more comfortably and quietening your mind prior to and during meditation.
During the workshop you can sit on a chair, or on the floor on cushions, whichever you prefer.
