Welcoming Springtime with Yoga & Meditation @Home workshop with Divya Kohli

As the clocks go forward, here in the northern hemisphere, heralding Spring, honour the start of the Spring Equinox with a deep and whole-istic Yoga practice.

This 2 hour practice session will take you through:

-a Hatha Yoga practice, tapping into and affecting the breath and energy, through flow, and held postures

-Mantra chanting to awaken optimism and re-emergence from winter, hibernation and lockdown

-Vipassana inspired meditation, to calm anxiety and ground the mind

As a whole, this practice is designed to physically, mentally and emotionally prepare us for the start of the new season.

Taught and led by Divya, a senior accredited Yoga Teacher, professionally trained Meditation Teacher, and passionate student of classical Hatha Yoga as well as secular mindfulness practice.

Open to all levels of yoga experience, from beginners to the more experienced.
