Winter Warmer feat. Yin, Mantra and Meditation

Enter the festive season with a joyous afternoon of Yin Yoga, Mantra and Meditation with Divya.

This event will take you on a heart-warming journey encompassing:

- a 1 hour practice of Yin (floor based yoga postures), with a focus on heart-chakra stimulation

- an introduction to Mantra and guided chanting of Sanskrit words and syllables to create specific vibrations within the body and mind

- a Loving Kindness inspired Meditation

Led by Divya, a senior accredited Hatha Yoga teacher, Mindfulness meditation teacher and author.

This workshop is open to all, from newcomers to the more yoga experienced.
