Satya means truth and is the journey of guiding you back to ‘being’ movement rather than ‘doing’ movement.
Due to the whirlwinds of our outside circumstances, we get lost and separated from the source of our vitality and loose touch with who we are.
Satya is a flowing ‘yin’ style practice done on the floor without force. It opens doorways to our interior, providing new pathways of perception and feeling and connecting to our body's somatic intelligence with awareness. All exercises involve sliding, gliding and circular movements to reduce myo-fascial holding in the body, enabling connective tissue to realign, supporting the central nervous system and preparing the mind and body for deep rest in Savasana.
