Acupuncture and oriental therapy
Acupuncture is a key component of Chinese medicine and has been practised in China for more than 3000 years. Now popular worldwide, it is a system of healing which is most commonly used to treat pain, but also fertility issues, stress, anxiety, insomnia, migraines and more. It involves the insertion of very thin needles through the skin at strategic points, a method based on principles which aim to achieve balance and harmony within the body.
