Navigating the hormonal shifts that are a natural part of the female experience can take us into unfamiliar territory of fluctuating emotions and physical sensations. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey and that you are innately equipped with the tools and knowledge to balance your hormones can be incredibly empowering.
In this workshop we will look at the difference between perimenopause, menopause and the signs and symptoms indicating you may be approaching this stage of life. We will turn to somatic movement, yogic breathing techniques and restorative yoga postures that offer you a greater sense calm and grounding in your body. Finally, menopause expert Dr Shahzadi Harper will join us to discuss the available therapies to manage symptoms including HRT, natural remedies and nutrition.
