Gayle Thomas is a holistic life coach and speaker with previous experience teaching yoga and meditation for 14 years. She is passionate about helping people understand their infinite, multi-dimensional nature to raise consciousness in this fast-evolving world. Gayle is the founder of a women's self development group “When Women Gather’. She is a board director of an employee engagement platform called Beyond360 where she advises on well-being for employees in innovative, forward thinking companies. Her own personal experience of terminal illness, violence, aggression, and addiction in her early, intimate family life, led to her own personal break-throughs. She currently bases herself between London and Delhi, India, where she lives with her children.
