Pamela has been teaching pilates in London for the past 10 years focusing on the  mind-body connection. She uses an extensive array of tools from pilates, functional movement, strength training & biomechanics to help her clients achieve their goals in fitness & in life.

She has studied under Alan Herdman, who introduced pilates in the UK 50 years ago, as well as Madeline Black and Cara Reeser, all leading figures in the field. Pamela has a keen interest in injury rehabilitation and athletic performance.

For Pamela, mind & body are one. Her passion for movement is reflected in her pilates, dance & capoeira training that inform her teaching.

Her motto is: “whatever it is, it needs to work for you”.
