We would all love to be in the same physical space together. But while this is not possible we can feel thankful for the technology which does allows us to interact, to look at each other and experience connection and communication.

It is an honour for me to share an extended blissful Yin Yoga and sound healing journey to open our hearts, to connect to our place of peace, and to our peers and our lovely community. All whilst holding our seat in the eye in the storm.

This Yin Yoga and sound workshop will be based on circular principles. Sitting in a circle helps us to fully see each other as peers sharing meaning, creativity and a common centre.  Circles lend themselves to a sense of wholeness and balance, to an awareness of our internal rhythms and cycles, and the cycles of nature.  The healing practice of Yin Yoga and healing by its nature is not a linear process, but rather an upward spiral.  We process cyclically and gradually get closer to our core.

This explorative workshop will consist of:

-interactive energetic practices

-optional verbal sharing

-a blissful 1.5 hour Yin Yoga practice

-a sound journey with alchemical crystal bowls.  

Come as you are, in this moment, with your joys and frustrations, anxieties and pleasures. And from this place of authenticity we can start to unbind. 

Together we can hold our resilience and stillness and find connection and peace amongst the global chaos in which we are currently living.
