There has never been a more pressing time for us to consider our inner defence systems and do the best we can to develop and sustain a healthy immune system.

This workshop offers a series of practices that are healing for the immune system, with sources in classical yoga, breath work, acupressure, meditation and the known scientific benefits of emotional connection.

Supporting your mental, emotional and inner health is just as important as supporting your physical health.

Facilitator of this livestream retreat Divya says: "This workshop is predominantly practice based. Being in a group and in real-time live connection with others and a teacher further enhances healing benefits for the immune system."

About the Teacher:
Divya is a senior accredited Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher and a professionally trained Mindfulness Facilitator, with 21 years' experience of meditation and yoga practice. She is passionate about using yoga and mindfulness to create harmonious connections and communities.

This workshop is open to:
All levels of experience, including beginners to meditation and yoga.
