Iyengar yoga workshop with Alaric Newcombe.

Alaric will be teaching in person in the Beethoven Street upstairs studio, and the class will be live-streamed. Those in the studio will be demonstrated on to create effective online learning.

This is part of a series of monthly workshops taught by Alaric.

Alaric has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1983 and teaching since 1991. He is certificated by the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) as a Senior Intermediate III Iyengar yoga teacher (now level 3).

In order to attend you must have minimum 3 years of yoga experience.
