This workshop will cover the essential study and practice of Dario’s interpretation of yogasana. Students will be led through the most important aspects of practice exploring the foundations of Vinyasa to develop their awareness and control over some of the more complex asana.

Navakarana Tantra is a method of 'self directed holistic transformation' drawing on traditional methods viewed through a modern approach.

Dario has taught extensively around the world, had trained 100s of teachers internationally and continues to travel globally sharing his insights. He has lived with sufis in Pakistan, sadhus in monasteries in Tamil Nadu and a host of other traditions with classical Indian scholars. In 2007 he founded a yoga ashram in India which continues to this day.

This workshop is suitable for all levels including teachers.
