Alaric's Twixtmas Iyengar yoga workshop will take place at Beethoven Street on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st December.

Each session can be booked individually, but we recommend that students attend all 4 sessions.

In order to attend, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ Iyengar yoga experience and be able to do Sirsasana for 5 minutes.
