4 Week Beginners Yoga Course

Four consecutive Sundays, starting 5th November, 1.30pm - 2.45pm

£70 for the 4-week course

On this 4-week beginners' course, we will teach the foundations of yoga practice and help you progress at your own pace. You will learn the basics under careful guidance, preparing you to go on and practise safely.

This course is suitable for all those new to yoga, unless you have a serious medical condition, have had recent major surgery, or are pregnant. If you are unsure whether or not to attend, please ask us for guidance.

You should wear comfortable but close-fitting clothes that don't restrict your movement; shorts or leggings and a vest or T-shirt are ideal. You'll do all your classes in bare feet. Avoid eating for 2 hours prior to the class.
