11.20am - event opens (online) for 11.30am start

11.30am - 12.45pm: meditation and talk, with questions

(short comfort break in between)

12.45 - 1.45pm - lunch break

1.45 - 2.30pm: meditation and small group reflections (break-out rooms)

(comfort break)

2.45 - 4pm: Meditation, Shared Reflection, Questions

Divya is a professionally trained Mindfulness Facilitator (through MIND) and qualified Meditation Teacher. She is also a senior accredited Hatha Yoga Teacher and the author of a book based on mindfulness and compassion practices, Finding Peace in Difficult Times (Watkins publishing).
