In this two-hour session you can expect to stimulate muscle and connective tissue using various self-massage techniques to apply gentle pressure to the body. In addition, the practice will include using some tools for mindfulness such as breathwork and rest promoting postures.

Mary will take you on a journey through the body pinpointing common hotspots for tension to encourage physical release, enhance circulation and support emotional balance along the way. This practice is open to all. You are advised to take qualified medical advice if you have any injuries/medical conditions or have had recent operations/procedures that may be affected or be inflamed by applying gentle physical pressure.

This workshop requires the use of the following props: two smooth massage balls (or tennis balls), a sock to hold the balls, a small towel and a yoga strap.
