Weaved with the elements and taking inspiration from our great mother, our movements will be infused with earth, water, air and fire. The practice will be creative, flowing and outside of the lines. This is a masterclass to reconnect with your own creative feminine and the great feminine force all around. A truly embodied and spirited practice that will move you to your centre. The asana will at times be challenging with an intention to heat and purify when the moment is right.
