Alaric will be teaching a Twixtmas workshop again this year, in studio and online, on 29th, 30th and 31st December. There will be a theme, which we will share once it has been decided on! (Regulars, please feel free to suggest ideas to Alaric if you wish!)

In order to attend, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ Iyengar yoga experience and be able to do Sirsasana for 5 minutes.
